Bangalore, March 29th, 2014: Thousands of prospective home buyers thronged CREDAI Realty Expo held at Kalyani Kala Mandir, Near IIMB, Bannerghatta Road here today.
CREDAI Realty Expo which has 31 builders and 3 financial institutions participating was inaugurated by Mr. K.KÂ Malpani, Founder President, CREDAI Bengaluru today. Other dignitaries present were Mr. C.N Govindaraju, President, CREDAI Bengaluru, Mr. Anil Nayak, CEO, CREDAI Bengaluru.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. K. K. Malpani, Founder President, CREDAI Bengaluru said, “This is the first Expo of this year. CREDAI is thankful for all the developers for participating in this expo. Taking into account the popularity of the exhibition and the demand for it, we have conducted the expo in this venueâ€.
Speaking on the efficacy of the exhibition Mr. C.N Govindaraju, President, CREDAI, Bengaluru said, “This exhibition has been organized on the key premise that we cater to the people living in this area and surrounding locations. This is much appreciated by people looking for homes in localities they were comfortable with, without having to venture too far on a weekend.â€
Mr. Anil Nayak, CEO, CREDAI Bengaluru emphasized that, “We have observed maximum families visiting our exhibition and that is a good sign, as buying a home is a joint decision in a family. This venue has been in demand.
The exhibition saw some of the top names in the real estate industry participating and providing consumers with some great choice.
CREDAI Realty Expo will conclude on Sunday, 30th March 2014 at 8 pm at Kalyani Kala Mandir, Near IIMB, Bannerghatta road.
