Dhaka, May 11 Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today criticised West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for her “extremely unfortunate” stance against the Teesta water sharing deal, but expressed optimism on resolving the issue through dialogue.
