KTA urged KOA to cancel the candidature of SHASHIVARDHAN.

Bangalore, May 17: The members of Karnataka Taekwondo Association on Saturday opposed the candidature of Mr. C.G.Shashivardhan for Karnataka Olympic Association election and also giving voting power to unauthorized persons like Narayana Swamy and Mune Gowda who are falsely representing Karnataka Taekwondo Association (KTA). They demanded an action in this regard.

A written complaint letter was submitted to KOA President Mr. Govindaraj, but so far no action has been taken against them. Regarding Mr. C.G.Shashivardhan, who is doing illegal activities which are totally against the By-Law of Karnataka Taekwondo Association and as per the By-Law President and Secretary or any other member of Karnataka Association should be technically qualified and also should be a Black Belt holder.

They also urged the KOA President to cancel the nomination of Mr. C.G.Shashivardhan and the voting power is given to Narayana Swamy and Mune Gowda who are not the EC members of KTA and do not know anything about Taekwondo. They requested to give the voting power to the legal members who were elected during the election held on 19th Aug 2012 at the KOA conference hall, Bangalore.
