PGCET Document Verification For ME/M.Tech

KEA, Aug 2( Bangalore): As already published in the official website of KEA on July 23 and also notified in news papers, document verification of eligible PGCET-2014 applicants will commence  from august 8 till 22, 2014 in Bangalore centre and from Aug 18th in all other centres. Candidates shall produce their original documents for verification along with a set of attested copies of the documents in any of KEA’s 13 Helpline centres detailed in KEA Website http:/kea.kar.nic.in on the scheduled day and time.

However, Non-Karnataka Candidates, GATE Qualified Candidates, Sponsored Quota Candidates, QIP Candidates , Part Time Quota candidates should attend the documents verification only in Bangalore centre  as per their ranks at Karnataka Examinations Authority,18th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleswaram, Bangalore.

Schedule of Events: MEDICAL EXAMINATION of  PHYSICALY DISABLED candidates – 11.30 AM ONWARDs on 8th August, for GATE qualified candidates on Aug 11th and 12th, sponsored quota candidates on aug 13th, QIP quota candidates on Aug. 14th,  for part time quota candidates on Aug. 16th and for all other candidates from Aug 18 to 22, 2014 in all Helpline centres.

Candidates should  produce for verification-

•             Copy of the Downloaded Application Form.

•             Original Bank Challan for having paid the application fees.

•             PGCET-2014 Admission Ticket

•             SSLC / 10th Standard / Equivalent Examination Marks Card

•             2nd PUC / 12th Standard/ Equivalent Examination Marks Card

•             Degree Marks Card of all the Years / Semesters.

•             Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate / Course completion certificate.

•             Study Certificate (Only for Karnataka Candidates)

•             TWO recent passport size photographs and other relevant  documents pertaining to different quota ( QIP, sponsored scheme, part time ,etc.) as specified in the brochure.
