A German newspaper in Hamburg that published cartoons from the French satirical paper Charlie Hebdo was attacked on Sunday.
The police said no one was hurt in the arson attack.
Earlier, at least 12 people were killed and many wounded after two terrorists carrying Kalashnikovs barged into the Paris offices of Charlie Hebdo, a satirical weekly, on January 7.
