Bangalore: Bangalore-based real estate major Brigade Group has won five awards at the 6th Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2014 and two awards at the 3rd Annual Silicon India Bangalore Real Estate Awards 2014 held recently.
In addition, Mr. M.R. Jaishankar, Chairman and Managing Director, Brigade Group, was given the ‘Scroll of Honour’ award as a token of appreciation and recognition of his contribution in the real estate sector at the Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2014.

Realty Plus Excellence Awards
Brigade Group won the Commercial Property of the Year award for its World Trade Centre Bangalore at Brigade Gateway project, while it won the Developer of the Year – Commercial award for its Brigade Magnum project.
For its ‘WALK’ campaign at its Brigade Lakefront project, the real estate major won three awards — Innovative Marketing Concept of the Year, OOH Marketing campaign of the year and Print campaign of the year.
Silicon India Bangalore Real Estate Awards
Two projects – Brigade Crescent and Brigade Horizon – were adjudged the Ultra Luxury Apartment Project of the Year in CBD limits, Bangalore, and Luxury Apartment Project of the Year Mysore respectively.
Silicon India, in association with L&T Housing Finance, presented these Bangalore Real Estate Awards 2014. This award is an initiative to identify and recognize the leading real estate industry professionals, who have played a vital role in the growth of real estate sector in Bangalore.
Mr. Viswa Prathap Desu, Vice-President – Sales & Marketing, Brigade Group, and Mr. Manjunath Prasad, COO, Brigade Group received the awards on behalf of the group.
Brigade Crescent
This project, located on Nandidurg Road in Central Bangalore, has been awarded the ‘Ultra Luxury Apartment Project of the Year’ in CBD limits, Bangalore. Brigade Crescent is 10-apartment project – 10 four-bedroom residences (389 sq metres to 399 sq metres in size), one to a floor.

Brigade Horizon
