London, Feb 14: United States President Barack Obama has said that cyber-security is one of the biggest challenges facing the economic future of the country.
According to the Independent, Obama has signed an executive order to encourage information sharing among technology companies and Washington.
The U.S. President said that the only way to combat such cyber threats is through sharing information as partners and through government and industry working together.
The executive order comes after the cyber attack on Sony Pictures wherein tones of emails and other documents were leaked.
Earlier in February, America’s second largest health care company Anthem was also hacked where 80 million past and present customer records were stolen.
