New Delhi, Feb. 22: Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor called on Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) veteran Lal Krishna Advani here on Sunday and wished the latter on his 50th marriage anniversary.
Kapoor said that he has been inspired by the life of the 87-year-old leader.
“I have always been inspired by him, the way that he has led his life is inspirational. I came to him to seek his blessings and what could have been a better occasion than his 50th marriage anniversary. There are very few people like Advaniji, who have dedicated their lives for the nation,” Kapoor said.
Meanwhile, senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi also wished Advani on his marriage anniversary
“I wish long life to the couple, may Advaniji keep guiding the nation in a healthy and active manner,” Joshi said.
