A Madonna super-fan who has taken his love for the pop icon to the extreme and spent over $175,000 (£113,000) on surgery to look like the star now plans to spend thousands more to emulate her backside.
After seeing the star flash her derriere at the Grammy’s earlier this month, Adam Guerra, from Los Angeles, is planning on his 19th procedure to help him morph into his favourite star.
Appearing on ITV’s This Morning, the 27-year-old admitted he was inspired by the Material Girl’s cheeky flash and said: ‘I just want it a little bigger’.
‘Madonna is the queen,’ he said. ‘I feel her spirit in me.’
He then explained: ‘I became obsessed with Madonna when I was 15. She has made my life – pretty much.
