Award Winning Author Detained For Detecting Mistake By Government

Karnataka: At an event held in the  VidanaSowda , renowned author M.Chidananda Murthy  was manhandled by the police for correcting a mistake made by the CM, Siddharamaiah after getting a poets name wrong. What made matters worse was that the politicians and the CM did not stop the police and just watched the drama unfold. However, BrijeshKallappa, Spokes person of the Congress in this defence said that the CM was not aware of what was happening and he has high respect for writers and will take action. He also remarked that the BJP does not have to teach them what to do!

Meanwhile, people from all over the country are filled with anguish and demand an apology from the CM for insulting the 84-year old writer, researcher and historian.
