His father Ram NareshYadav, the state governor since 2011, has been in the ICU for the past few days over breathing problems.

The governor was also named in an FIR recently and has faced demands for his resignation.

He has been accused of taking money from candidates applying to be forest guards in 2013. He allegedly used his letterhead to recommend name of candidates.

Around 70 people have been named in the case.Opposition Congress leaders like Digivijaya Singh allege that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was part of the conspiracy and that crucial evidence has been destroyed to protect him.  Mr Chouhan has refuted those charges.
