Kareena- Shahid Kapoor told me about his wedding, I congratulated him

hahid Kapoor, who is tying the knot with Delhi girl Mira Rajput sometime this year, had apparently informed ex-girlfriend Kareena Kapoor Khan about the same. In an interview to DNA, Kareena said that Shahid had told her that he was getting married.
Asked to share her thoughts on Shahid’s marriage, Kareena said, “I wish him all the best. It’s a great decision. I met him at YRF (Yash Raj Films) a few months ago, and he told me that he was getting married and I congratulated him.”
A couple of months back, when director Vishal Bhardwaj roped in Saif Ali Khan – Kareena’s husband, and Shahid – Kareena’s ex-boyfriend for his film Rangoon, the grapevine was abuzz with rumours that Kareena, too, would be part of the film.

However, this coup d’etat didn’t work out finally, and Rangoon went to Kangana Ranaut, instead.
When Kareena was asked if she was open to working with Shahid, the actor said, “I am working with everybody and I work for anybody who pays me and who has got a good script as long as I have the dates.”
As far as Shahid’s wedding is concerned, all kinds of rumours have been doing the rounds of the media. At the IIFA Awards in Kuala Lumpur this year, Kapoor cleared the air about his marriage. He’d denied a June wedding, which was in reports earlier. And thereafterthe actor might be tying the knot sometime between July 5 and July 8 this year. Shahid and Mira had gotten engaged in January this year, and as per reports, the two might be exchanging marital vows in Greece.
