Telugu movie ‘Baahubali’ is making waves on the box office as the movie earned Rs 50 crore on the opening day. It is the biggest opening to any Indian movie ever.
According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film grossed Rs 50 crore in all versions. The movie was released on Friday in four languages.
Baahubali, written and directed by S. S. Rajamouli, will also have a second part. Produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni, the film is primarily made in Telugu language. It is simultaneously made in Tamil language as well.
Baahubali features Prabhas, Rana, Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty in the lead roles, and Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Nassar, Adivi Sesh, Tanikella Bharani and Sudeep in supporting roles.
