Marijuana-infused wine is the latest craze in wine-making, and it also adds flavor and structure to wines.
Carl Ruck of Boston University has said that fortifying herbal additives to wine has been documented by archaeological evidence.
Ruck explained that there were a few Bronx agers who were thought to have used pot-wine as a shortcut to fun.
He said that cannabis would be one of the less dangerous additives entries in the wine fortification market, and added that evidence for the additives came from folkloric traditions and the practice was apparently often employed in the making of home brews.
Marijuana wine is available and legal in America, and probably will become increasingly so in the years to come.
Cannabis acts like an herb and adds depth of flavor and structure to wines.
According to Greenway’s founder-farmer says, Lisa Molyneux, Cannabis was highly medicinal, and added that she tried cannabis-infused wine that a wine-making friend of hers made for his own personal consumption and she loved it.
Molyneux said marijuana-infused wine tastes just like wine, but people get the herbal kick in the back of the throat from the cannabis.

For the process, drop 1 lb of cannabis into the cask of fermenting wine. The alcohol will extract THC from the cannabis. Then, just wait for nine months and your wine is ready.
