Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to address three public rallies in Bihar’s Begusarai, Sheikhpura and Rohtas Districts.
Elections for the 243-member Bihar Assembly will be held in five phases between October 12 and November 5.The counting of votes will take place on November 8.The term of the current assembly expires on November 29.
Gandhi will also visit Karnataka on 9th and 10th of this month, where he will be meeting sugarcane farmers in Mandya and undertake padyatra in Haveri.
