The couple was spotted heading to the Comedy Cellar in New York, where the singer threw a birthday bash for the 29-year-old model.
The video shared on Instagram showed the 36-year-old singer heading to the stage, while singing ‘Happy Birthday’ before the cake cutting ceremony took place.
