American consumer electronics manufacturer, Belkin International, has been awarded at the ongoing Consumer Electronic Show (CES) here where it has also launched two new products.
The two new products launched at the grand trade show are USB-C cables and Apple Valet Charge Dock.
Belkin has announced the expansion of its USB-C product offerings. Designed to support existing and future USB-C laptops, smartphones and tablets, the new line of Belkin USB-C solutions allows the users to charge, transfer and sync at the fastest speed possible.
The company also launched Watch Valetâ„¢ Charge Dock, a charging solution designed for the Apple Watch.
Kartik Bakshi , the national sales manager of Belkin India, said the reward at CES is satisfying and added that the company has always focused on innovation.
“Response has been great as always as Belkin is known for pushing the envelope when it comes to innovation. That is what CES is all about! Before the booths get flooded and the halls are invaded by a crowd of around 150,000 people, the organisers select the products they deem as the most innovative and it’s humbling to see our Apple Valet Charge dock receiving the CES innovation award along with other prestigious products.
Talking about Watch Valetâ„¢ Charge Dock launched at CES, he said: ” It is a perfect easy to use, slick and intelligent combination of a charge dock for both Apple iwatch and iphone.”
“In the tech industry, we all know what changes USB type C is going to bring to our lives. Therefore there will be a special focus on our USB C cables, adapters and chargers range. We are one of the few brands in the market that have launched USB-iF certified type C cables and have received great reviews from engineers at Google,” Bakshi said about its product USB-C cables, launched at CES.
The CES is an annual trade show that takes place every January in Las Vegas, Nevada. All consumer electronic enthusiasts are attending this four-day event, which began on January 6. It has served as the proving ground for innovators and breakthrough technologies for more than 40 years.
