Peach tango,here is a quick drink to stimulate your gastronomic juices! and do not forget to add the ginger juice, which imparts an unusually enticing tang to the peaches.

Makes 4 glasses
Ingredients
3 peaches , cut into halves
1 tsp ginger (adrak) juice
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp sugar syrup
1 cup crushed ice
For The Garnish
8 ginger (adrak) julliennes
4 parsley leaves
Method
Freeze the peaches in the freezer till they are hard.
Combine the peaches, ginger juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup and crushed ice in a mixer and blend till slushy.
In each shot glass, pour equal quantity of the drink and serve immediately garnished with 2 ginger julliennes and a parsley leaf.
