While Lady Gaga has long been renowned for her often flamboyant and outrageous clothing choices, she recently garnered attention for what she wasn’t wearing.
The Poker Face hitmaker, who turns 29 on Saturday, was spotted out and about in New Orleans, Louisiana, in just pink heels and a grey T-shirt, which barely protected her modesty.
Gaga opted to go braless under her top – emblazoned with the words ‘I Don’t Sweat I Sparkle’ – which left very little to the imagination, thanks also to its dipped hemline.
Going relatively light on her make-up, the star wore a grey bow in her hair, which featured bangs and was set in a black-to-grey ombré mullet style.
The following day, the star, who recently announced that she’ll be joining the cast of hit anthology series American Horror Story, was seen looking far more demure as she re-emerged on the streets.
Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, was resplendent in a billowing, pleated dress with a high neckline and loose-fitting sleeves.
Her hair, which was switched into a sleek, blonde style, sat under a stylish grey hat, while she wore glittering, matching strappy heels.
Paying attention to detail, Gaga complemented her ensemble with a pair of tinted cat eye sunglasses and a pair of stunning diamond earrings.
Gaga had travelled to the historic city to attend her childhood friend’s wedding, where she served as a bridesmaid in a stunning lilac gown.
‘Watching your best friend get married, these are the specialist times in my life. Seeing happiness in the lives of all my friends,’ she commented on a snap posted on her Instagram account.
‘Off to see the girls in our first bridal week activity! I’m so just so excited!! And think of all the Southern wedding fashions!’ she wrote along with a photo showing off her heart-shaped diamond engagement ring.
Gaga will soon be making plans for her own nuptials, after announcing her Valentine’s Day engagement to longtime love, actor Taylor Kinney.
