Russian President Vladimir Putin joined France against the war on ISIS and ordered his warships to join in the airstrikes over Raqqa, the terror outfit’s stronghold in Syria.
Putin’s announcement came after it was revealed that the Russian Passenger plane that crashed over the Sinai desert last month killing all 224 on board, had been up by a home-made bomb containing 1.5kg of explosives.
The Airbus disappeared 23 minutes after leaving Sharm el-Sheikh airport en-route to St Petersburg and crashed on October 31. The ISIS later claimed responsibility for the attack on the Metrojet aircraft.
The daily also reports that the Russian President now wants his missile cruiser Moskva, which is in the Mediterranean Sea, to work with France’s military, who are reportedly gearing up to carry out more airstrikes on the ISIS in Syria tonight.
Meanwhile, 10 French fighter jets will carry out a fresh wave of airstrikes in Syria according to their defence minister Jean-Yves Le Drian.
The Daily Mail quoted the minster saying that France will have 36 fighter aircrafts which will target the ISIS stronghold
