New York, February 1: Julie Gayet, who allegedly has an affair with President Francois Hollande, has been nominated for ‘Cesar’, which is the French equivalent of the Oscar.
The 41-year-old French actress has been nominated for best supporting actress for playing a character who sleeps with powerful men in the political comedy ‘Quai d’Orsay’, the New York Daily News reported.
In an odd coincidence, Gayet’s ‘Quai d’Orsay’ character has the same first name as Hollande’s journalist girlfriend Valerie Trierweiler who he recently spilt with.
