Launches New Ethnic Range of Ready to cook series
Bangalore 13th May 2014: Bangaloreans can spice up their cuisines this summer with thenewly launchedEthnic Series from Eastern Condiments in the city today.
Talking to the media, Mr. Navas Meeran, Chairman-Eastern condiments and Confederation of Indian Industry,South India said, “We are very happy to launch our new product range, Eastern Ethnic Cuisinein Karnataka. We are sure that our condiments and ready to eat mixes will delight customerswhere you see a rich mix of people fromvarious cultures and food habits.”

“There are a lot of other brands who have already made this product available in the market, but what Eastern brings to the table is the traditional and homely taste specifically prepared after studying and understanding the methods used in cooking by traditional kannadigas.” Added Ms. Kruthika.
Ethnic Range is the concept that has been derived to cater to the traditional or regionalized taste of India. ‘Ethnic’ as term is used to describe a subgroup of the population. Every region in India has an amazing amalgamation of various races and cultures. These groups or subgroups have specialized food habits or tastes that define their community.
