Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Chicken breasts (skinless & boneless) – 1 lb (cut into small pieces)

Pepper – 4 tsp

Salt – to taste

Garlic pods – 1 no (minced)

Purple onions (sliced) – 2 cups

Mushrooms (sliced) – 1 cup

Red bell pepper (sliced) – 1 cup

Thyme – 1/2 tsp

Pizza frozen dough – 1

Non Veg cooking spray – 1

Mozzarella cheese – 4 ounces

Directions:

1) Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2) Add chicken, salt, pepper and garlic and saute for few minutes.

3) Add onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and thyme and saute for few minutes, until chicken is done and keep it aside.

4) Unroll pizza dough and pat into a 12-inch pizza pan coated with cooking vegetable spray.

5) Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese evenly over dough.

6) Spread chicken mixture over the cheese and top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.

7) Bake at 425F for 15 minutes or until crust is golden
