“After two consecutive successful years of the Audi Q-Drive in India, I am extremely pleased to bring the 4th edition of the Audi Q-Drive 2014 to our enthusiasts. This unique driving experience will be held in more than 30 cities across India for our customers. Customer delight is one of the key focus points in 2014 and customer-connect initiatives like Audi Q-Drive enable us to showcase the sportiness, sophistication and progressiveness of our brand to a wider audience. I am confident that this year, even more people will enroll in the Audi Q-Life and experience our brand philosophy of ‘Vorsprung durch Technik’,” said Mr. Joe King, Head, Audi India.

The continued strong demand for Audi Q SUVs have helped Audi India to retain its leadership position in luxury SUV segment and the company intends to consolidate it further this year.

The Audi Q-Drive will be held between February and December in cities such as Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Goa, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kanpur, Karnal, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Pune, Raipur, Surat and Vadodara among others and will touch base with over 6000 customers.

The drives will be held over 2 days in each city and people will get a chance to drive the Audi Q SUVs under trained supervision to understand all the nuances of the advanced technology that Audi SUVs offer.

“In India, Audi‘s connection with the consumer is very strong. We have really built wonderful products with the consumer in mind and the engagement with them is very distinctive. The multi-city Audi Q-Drives will further establish our connect with our target consumers and help us to explore the huge potential that India has to offer. Our luxury Q range of SUVs has been very popular in The Land of quattro-India and the younger demographic has shown immense affinity for them even in the smaller cities. In fact a substantial part of sales last year came from Audi Q3, Audi Q5 and Audi Q7,” added Mr. King.

Audi India plans to expand its network to 40 dealerships by the end of 2014 from its existing 31 centers. The company opened a new showroom in Nashik earlier this year and Mumbai South, Lucknow, Bhubaneswar, Delhi Central, Karnal, Vadodara and Mangalore last year.
