The website and the social media channels contain samples of all the six short stories  of notable writers like Purnachandra Tejaswi, Jayanth Kaikini, Ravi Belegere, Na. D’Souza, Vasudhendra and Vikram Hatwaar.

‘Keli Katheya’ reiterates the importance of Kannada short stories and specifically, the thought of simple story telling at time when there is an information overload through various mediums. It also packages these stories in an audio book format to suit the lifestyles of this generation, which consumes information on the go.

B Suresh, Theatre and Film Director “This is a fabulous effort and initiative by professionals of other fields who have stepped out of regular work to do something to bring Kannada to the new and the old generations who may have skipped reading due to busy life styles.

TS Nagabharana Theatre and Film Director : This book is a unique experiment and bringing literature and culture closer to people. I think the intention of using media to its fullest potential while making use of the limited time we have has come true with this effort. I am wishing this project all success

MD Pallavi Singer and Actor: Language is preserved through communication and technology plays an important role preserving it. So we must use as many technological platforms as possible to bring Kannada literature to all of us. This project has all my support.

The stories (two of them for children) have a mix of human emotions that include humor as well as our constant need to be connected to our roots.

All authors and personalities associated with this project have volunteered their time or effort and 100% of the profits would go to support children studying in the Government schools in border areas of Karnataka through the Avirata organization.

This audio book was conceptualized by various professionals from IT and banking who share a common interest to grow this medium of art form.
