Indian Motorcycle Launches Flagship Showroom in Bengaluru

(Bangalore, 9th May): Indian Motorcycle, the wholly owned subsidiary of Polaris Industries Inc., formally launched their bike dealership in the city of Bangalore on the 7th of May 2015 with large a showroom, amid much fanfare, and in the presence of Polaris Chairman and CEO, Mr. Scott Wine, President and COO, Mr. Bennett J. Morgan, and Vice President – Asia Pacific & Latin America, Mr. Michael Dougherty. Also present was the Managing Director of Polaris India, Mr. Pankaj Dubey.

Indian Motorcycle is the America’s first motorcycle company, having been founded in the year 1901. The company has won hearts of bike aficionados from all over the world, and has earned the distinction of being one of America’s most legendary and iconic brands, being unparalleled in racing dominance, engineering prowess, and seamless innovation.

Whilst also inaugurating the new showroom, the top executives of the company also unveiled two of their models for Indian roads, namely ‘The India Roadmaster’ and the ‘Indian Chief Dark Horse’. Both motorcycles come with their own set of exquisite features, both luxurious and race worthy alike. The Roadmaster is priced at a whopping INR 34.95 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi) and the Chief Black Horse at INR 21.99 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).

Also, at the launch of the event were the first few customers for the above mentioned models. The topexecs handed the keys over to these enthusiastic customers, who were more than eagerly awaiting their first ride on these elegant beauties!

All in all, it was a grand launch, with the execs showing great confidence at the press conference, in the bikes being suitable for the somewhat treacherous Indian roads, and in attracting bike lovers from all over the country.
