New Delhi, June 17: BloodConnect generated a massive picture mosaic made up of 620 selfies, titled ‘ Selfless Selfies’, shared by generous donors and audience, and showcased it at the World Blood Donor Day.
On the occasion, BloodConnect, a social initiative started by IIT Delhi 4 years ago, received felicitation by Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Dr. Harsh Vardhan , who was also the first donor of the day.
Along with this, in association with Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, they also organized a ‘Human Blood Drop’, which comprised of around 200 people standing in the shape of blood drop to encourage healthy citizen to donate blood.
