Bangalore February 20th 2014: It was a proud moment for members of the CREDAI Bengaluru chapter in Mumbai last weekend. CREDAI Bengaluru recently won three awards at the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) Collateral Awards 2014, conducted by Global Communication Conclave. The Awards ceremony was held recently at The Orchid Hotel,in Mumbai. These awards were given for excellence in PR, advertising and events for the calendar year 2013. Thousands of companies including advertisement agencies, PR agencies, corporate companies and associations participated in the awards. CREDAI secured the following awards:
• Silver Award for Corporate Advertising Campaign – This award was given for the CREDAI Realty expo advertisements given in different newspapers.
• Bronze Award for Corporate Event – This award was given for the CARE award event which was held in the month of April. In this award ceremony 11 awards were given to the builders.
• Bronze Award for Annual Report – This award was given for the booklet where all the events and financial report were published.
Receiving the award at the glittering awards ceremony and speaking on this significant achievement, Anil Nayak, CEO CREDAI Bengaluru said, “CREDAI Bengaluru was adjudged the Best Chapter across all Chapters in India in 2011 “ by CREDAI National.
CREDAI Bengaluru has been receiving accolades from various cities, as well as from CREDAI National. The PRCI Awards are an additional feather in the cap of CREDAI Bengaluru.”
The Public Relations Council of India is among the largest PR professional bodies in India. Over the last 8 years PRCI has spearheaded the Collateral Corporate Awards. CREDAI Bengaluru has been a regular participant for last 3 years now and has consistently won awards each year.
One of the key factors that helped CREDAI sweep the awards this year is its strong communication process – both internal and external. This year, PRCI received over 500 nominations and CREDAI secured the honour awards in three categories.
CREDAI Bengaluru is an apex body of credible real estate developers, operational in Bengaluru for three decades. It has around 223 reputed developers as its members in the city and 450+ developers across the state. CREDAI’s presence is in 21 states and 130 cities across India, having overall membership of more than 9000. CREDAI Bengaluru safeguards the interests of real estate developers and builders while protecting the rights of buyers and home owners. CREDAI Bengaluru gives voice to its members and is responsible for communicating with Government agencies, trade bodies and other authorities on issues directly affecting the sector.
