New Delhi, February 27: Amitabh Bachchan was spotted at the book launch of ‘ Meri Beti Meri Shakti’.
Speaking about the book, the ‘ Sholay’ star said, “Yes the book has my contribution and I have written about my daughter in this. I can say for myself that I have never distinguished between daughter and son in my family and I have said this many times that after my death whatever I will have will be given to both my daughter and son equally”.
” United Nations have made me the ambassador for girl child after the success of polio campaign and we all are working to attain it as women is the 50% strength of any country and she should get all that she deserves”, he added.
The book is a part of Plan India’s global campaign ‘I am a girl’.
